宮沢賢治は言っています、
「世界がぜんたい幸福にならないうちは個人の幸福はあり得ない」。

苦しんでいるのはウクライナの人たちだけではありません。
シリア、イエメン、ベネズエラ、ビルマ（ミャンマー）、また他の多くの国や地域で、多くの人たちが苦しんでいます。

日本は特に難民に厳しい国だと言われています。
「難民」という言葉を非常に厳密に定義し、少しでも違えば受け入れないのです。

危険にさらされて国を脱出した人を厳しく調べ、その人が国際条約の「難民」に該当するかどうかを厳密に審査するのは非人道的です。
どの国から来た人であれ、難民かもしれないのなら受け入れるべきです。
そうすることが人道的であり、我が国の国益にもかなうのです。
誰だって自分を受け入れてくれた国に感謝するでしょう。その人は、助けてくれた国のために尽くすことでしょう。
だから、たとえ人道面を考えなくても、難民の受け入れは国益にかなうのです。また、世界から、日本は人道的な国だと評価されることも国益にかなうのです。
私自身は人道的観点から難民を受け入れるべきだと考えていますが、国益という点からも、難民を受け入れるべきだと思っています。

Ukrainians are not the only ones who are suffering.
Syrians, Yemenis, Venezuelans, Burmese (Myanmars), and many others are suffering.

Japan is said to be a particularly tough country for refugees.
Japan strictly defines the word "refugee" and does not accept anyone who is a little different.

It is inhumane to rigorously examine a person who has escaped the country in danger and whether he or she falls under the definition of "refugee" in international treaties.
No matter what country the person comes from, if the person may be a refugee, Japan should accept him or her.
It is humane and in the national interest of Japan.
Everyone wants to thank the country for accepting him or her. And that person will devote to the country.
Therefore, accepting refugees is in the national interest, even if we don't think about humanity. It is also in the national interest that Japan is regarded as a humane country by the world.
I think Japan should accept refugees humanely, but it should also accept them in terms of Japan's national interests.
